KlevaKlip Systems P/L Guarantee

Thank you for choosing the KlevaKlip Concealed Fixing System. Australian Consumer Laws that came into effect in January 2011 give consumers rights under guarantees, whether or not they be expressly written.

KlevaKlip goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Guarantees are limited specifically to the KlevaKlip products. KlevaKlip Systems P/L shall not be responsible for problems arising with its products, caused directly or indirectly by the products that it is connected to.

Please note:- It is important for KlevaKlip products to be used for the purpose, and associated materials that they are manufactured for, and are installed as per KlevaKlip Installation Instructions, including, but not limited to, installing a clip material type in accordance with KlevaKlips Corrosion Resistance Document, a copy of which is available on our website under Fixing Instructions at klevaklip.com.au.

Determination, within the boundaries of the ACL, of entitlements mentioned above shall be at the discretion of KlevaKlip.


MAKING YOUR CLAIM


Should the situation occur whereby you need to make a claim against KlevaKlip, simply do the following:

(1) Prepare an email which includes the following information:
A list of the type and number of clips for which the claim is made;
Proof of purchase of the product, or description of the purchase date and location;
Supporting photographic evidence and documentation;

(2) Email the above information to: info@klevaklip.com.au

KlevaKlip reserves the right to investigate any claim prior to any settlement.

This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees/warranties, expressed or implied.
